The process behind our work
Built-D Design manufactures and installs aluminium and glass products in Nan, from measurement and planning to machine cutting, assembly, quality checks and on-site installation.

Measure & plan
We measure your space, discuss how you will use it and plan door and window dimensions to suit your home.

Machine cutting
The planned dimensions guide production. Aluminium is machine-cut and the components are prepared for assembly.

Careful assembly
We assemble the aluminium frames, glass and hardware with attention to joints, alignment and everyday operation.

Quality checks
We check dimensions, joints, finish and opening and closing before preparing each piece for installation.
